Good Counsel Camp at 8888 E. Gobbler Drive, Floral City, FL 34436 US - Visitation and Communication

Families are invited to make a visit to look over the Camp prior to the opening of the summer sessions.  To arrange a visit call Joseph Gerardo, our Facility Manager, at (352) 726-2198.  A visit before camp opens will assist first time campers and families to develop a sense of comfort with the facilities and answer many of your questions.  Camp life helps the camper to develop a strong reliance and faith in their own ability.  Because of this and due to the brief stay at Camp, there are no visiting days.  On opening day of each session, families may spend time visiting and seeing the sights of Camp as well as to join us for lunch.  On the last day of each session campers are to be picked up before noon unless prior arrangements have been made with the camp director.  Campers will send a newsletter home and be encouraged to write on their own.  You are encouraged to write to your camper regularly.  The address is:   (name and cabin #), Good Counsel Camp, 8888 E.
